At Parfums de Marly, we strive for complete satisfaction with your olfactory experience; therefore, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, any fragrance that has been unsealed or used cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Service via the online portal or email with your order number to receive a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the unopened fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve, ensuring it is securely packed in the original shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item to verify its pristine condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
